Automatic processing of the electronic logbook – The system processes a journey log for each of the monitored vehicles. Subsequently, you no longer need to keep paper records. The AutoGPS journey log can be printed out, but also exported to other applications for possible further processing. This function will be appreciated by drivers in particular, who will no longer be burdened with office work. Thanks to the system, moreover, they can avoid possible mistakes during data entry. Naturally, data from gas station payment cards (CCS, ÖMV, Papoil, Benzina, Slovnaft, Shell,…) can be imported.

Driver’s identification – Before every trip, the system offers the option of monitoring the drivers’ activities – working load, observance of the speed limit, compulsory breaks, driving in and out of the user-defined area, including creation of the travel order.

Monitoring of the motor operating hours, even if the vehicle is not moving and the motor is idling.

The option of monitoring the fuel tank state by means of a special probe provides for higher accuracy of consumption monitoring and disclosure of possible tampering with the fuel amount.

Enhanced vehicle security – If the car has been stolen, there is a convenient function provided by the GPS tracker and AutoGPS system. The vehicle position can be tracked very quickly in the map, or even talks in the vehicle tapped; last but not least, the vehicle immobiliser can be enabled.

Statistics of the vehicle operating costs offer you easier evaluation of average consumption of the vehicle, mileage and total depreciation of the vehicle.
