Monitoring of passenger vehicles

On-line monitoring of vehicles – The system enables monitoring of vehicle movements (therefore, a group of several vehicles as well) in real time in the map. Sources like Google Maps, mapy.cz and others, including the individual map types (terrain, satellite), are available.

Automatic processing of the electronic logbook – The system processes a journey log for each of the monitored vehicles. Subsequently, you no longer need to keep paper records. The AutoGPS journey log can be printed out, but also exported to other applications for possible further processing. This function will be appreciated by drivers in particular, who will no longer be burdened with office work. Thanks to the system, moreover, they can avoid possible mistakes during data entry. Recording of private and business trip will enable you accurate invoicing of the private ones to the employees and restrict possible misuse of a business vehicle for private purposes.

Driver’s identification – Before every trip, the system offers the option of monitoring the drivers’ activities – working load, observance of the speed limit, compulsory breaks, driving in and out of the user-defined area, including creation of the travel order.

Cost statistics of the vehicle operation – The statistics offer you easier evaluation of average consumption of the vehicle, mileage and total depreciation of the vehicle. Naturally, data from gas station payment cards (CCS, ÖMV, Papoil, Benzina, Slovnaft, Shell,…) can be imported.

Enhanced vehicle security – If the car has been stolen, there is a convenient function provided by the GPS tracker and AutoGPS system. The vehicle position can be tracked very quickly in the map, or even talks in the vehicle tapped; last but not least, the vehicle immobiliser can be enabled.

Reports – All data can be sent to lucid reports.
