Permissions

The individual system users have different functions, roles and rights.

For instance, an employee working as a driver can only see information on his/her means of transport. S/he can choose between the private / business trip types and can enter the milometer state, tanking and travel costs data.

Authorizations can be assigned collectively by specifying the so-called role and then fine-tuned by adding / removing individual rights. The rolling stock administrator can see and modify everything. Moreover, s/he can enter / remove vehicles or define employees as drivers.
