In one place, Routeplan cumulates all information on orders, plans service trips and the technician charged with solution of the orders can solve these orders by means of the mobile application on the trip.

Adding contracts

A contract can be added into the system either by an authorized person through administration interface or by a customer through the web portal.

Route planning

You can create an itinerary through contract selection from the calendar, by clicking on the map, or by automatically generating based on defined conditions. The itinerary is then assigned to a driver.

Route administration

It is possible to edit prepared routes (an itinerary) through the administration interface or by the driver himself.

Contract operation

The mobile application assists with contracts operations. This mobile application provides navigation to a contract/service location, possibility to call a customer, and also many other tools for a successful contract/service job completion.
